Burness Paull is one of Scotland’s premier law firms with offices of equal size and strength across Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen, serving clients in Scotland, the UK and globally. We are looking to recruit Solicitors (NQ - 2 years PQE) for the Real Estate team, based from any of our offices.
The roles will cover a wide range of commercial property development matters – predominantly focussing on housebuilding, commercial development and real estate finance. The roles will involve assisting senior fee earners and partners on major and high profile transactions, working on your own transactions and forming part of dedicated client teams.
You must have a passion for commercial real estate, be pragmatic and results-focussed and be able to work under pressure to tight timescales. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, a focus on quality and a determination to provide a first-class service. You will be a self starter and subscribe to Burness Paull standards at all times.
