We are looking to recruit a Senior Solicitor/Associate (4-6 PQE) for the Dispute Resolution division in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The team enjoys an excellent reputation, both locally and nationally, for its high level of quality service and advice it provides to clients.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience of broad variety of commercial litigation and of handling hearings in both Court of Session and Sheriff Court, including preparing witness statements, pleadings and instruction of expert witnesses. Professional indemnity experience is desirable but not essential.
