We are looking to recruit a NQ Solicitor for our Technology and Commercial team in our Edinburgh office working with Callum Sinclair and David Goodbrand, our Technology and Commercial partners.
This role will involve working on a range of technology and commercial contracts and advisory work including enterprise cloud agreements, IT outsource, digital transformation and software licensing agreements, and web/mobile contracts; IP agreements including sponsorship, licensing and agreements to transfer and protect IP; and privacy work such as GDPR advisory and projects. It will also involve corporate support work in the above areas.
You must have a passion for technology and commercial work, be pragmatic and results focussed, and be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales as a key member of our team.
