We are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for the HR division in our Glasgow office. This is a minimum 1 year fixed term contract to cover maternity cover.
Key responsibilities are:
To work closely with the business to attract, manage, develop and retain the very best people. To help the business drive up performance and achieve its’ strategic aims.
Work closely with partners and managers to recruit legal, secretarial and support staff.
Maintain best practice in-house recruitment procedures to meet the needs of the business.
Assist with the traineeship recruitment process by screening applications and participating in assessment centers.
Providing generalist HR support and guidance to partners, managers and employees across Edinburgh and Glasgow offices on matters including maternity, paternity, absence management, payroll, flexible working requests.
Assist Head of HR in development of training and development plans for all employees.
