Burness Paull is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join the IT team in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Key responsibilities are:
Working effectively with IT Helpdesk colleagues to deliver a quality customer focused service;
Ensuring all work follows agreed processes and procedures and is completed within service level targets;
Providing remote and in-office support as required;
Assist in processing client extranet requests and building of sites; and
Logging incidents and requests via telephone, email and direct contact.
Support / helpdesk environment (at least one year);
Providing desktop support for Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365;
Dataroom Management, preferably HighQ; and
Experience of providing support to end-users (experience in the legal industry would be desirable).
