We are looking to recruit a Graduate Recruitment Assistant for the HR & Development division in our Glasgow office.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Coordinating and arranging logistics for law fairs and events in the office or on a University campus.

  • Attending graduate recruitment events at universities or in the office.

  • Organising and coordinating assessment days, including; room bookings, diary management and candidate liaison.

  • Administering appropriate candidate testing, including psychometric testing.

  • Assisting the Graduate Recruitment Manager with organising trainee induction, summer placements, Spring Insight Programme and work experience.

  • Assisting the Graduate Recruitment Manager with social media activity

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a recruitment assistant or HR assistant role, ideally in a legal or professional services environment

  • Keen interest in graduate recruitment

  • Experience of working within fast paced environment.
