We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join the Company Secretarial team in our Edinburgh office. This is a minimum 1 year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Key responsibilities are:
Liaising with the Compliance Officer to have new clients established on behalf of the Head of Company Secretarial Services
Maintain statutory display of company and partnership names with their address at our locations
Deal with records maintenance including updating of client contact information and other relevant changes, liaising with appropriate teams within the firm as required
On a daily basis attend to the sorting of mail for clients to which we provide registered office services
Ensure information is recorded to allow accurate redirection of mail
Gathering data for client verification purposes
Technical and Personal Skills:
Ability to work under pressure to meet demands of time critical tasks
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with colleagues at all levels across the Firm
