We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our Corporate and Dispute Resolution divisions in our Glasgow office.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Work alongside the Legal PAs to provide the fee earners with the support they need to perform their role of providing legal services to clients

  • Scan and file client correspondence and documents to iManage

  • Opening new clients, liaising with compliance team

  • Complete letter of engagement and scope letter screens on LawSoft

  • Complete fee earner postings on Lawsoft

  • Assist with projects for divisions

Personal Specification

  • Ability to work on own initiative and in a proactive manner

  • Excellent administration and organisation skills

  • High level attention to detail

  • Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
