We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant for the Dispute Resolution team in our Edinburgh office.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Scan and file client correspondence and documents to iManage
  • Printing
  • Photocopying
  • Save incoming emails from fee earners’ inboxes if requested
  • Record CPD data
  • Prepare bibles and documents for court

Skills and expertise:

  • Ability to work on own initiative and in a proactive manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Lawsoft
