We are seeking an Administration Assistant to work alongside our Legal PAs in the Corporate departments on a full time basis. The successful candidate will provide the fee earners with the support they need to perform their role of providing legal services to clients. We are looking for an entry level Administration Assistant with a willingness to learn in a fast paced, commercial environment.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Scan and file client correspondence and documents to iManage

  • Printing and photocopying

  • Records management

  • Record CPD data

  • Prepare bibles and bundles

  • Carry out library loose leaf filing

Skills and expertise:

  • Ability to work on own initiative and in a proactive manner

  • High level attention to detail

  • Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office

  • Team player

  • Present a professional image and demonstrates excellent customer service skills

  • Willingness to learn
